► Brief Description
The DFM100 XL+ defibrillator capacitor (PN 453564951311) is a brand new Philips original component.
The capacitor is cylindrical with a silver metal casing for electromagnetic interference protection; gold insulating tape for high temperature resistance and moisture protection; black epoxy resin seals at both ends for dust prevention; and a specially designed red cross connector with red and white wires to prevent incorrect connection.
Function: Serves as the core energy hub of the defibrillator monitor.
1. Stores high-voltage energy (2600VDC) during charging.
2. Instantly releases 20-360J of energy (typical 150-200J) during discharge.
3. Supports simultaneous triggering of manual defibrillation, AED automatic defibrillation, and ECG monitoring.
4. 100% charge/discharge cycle testing, insulation resistance testing, and withstand voltage testing ensure energy output accuracy (±3.5%) and long-term stability.
5. Compatible with the entire Philips DFM100 XL+ series of defibrillator monitors.

Warning:
1. The capacitor stores potentially fatal energy (2600VDC).
2. It must be discharged before any operation (short-circuit the leads for 5 seconds with an insulated screwdriver)!
3. Disassembly/repair is prohibited for non-professionals.
Maintenance Recommendation:
1. Perform a capacitor self-test every 6 months (accessible via the device menu).
2. If energy output decreases by more than 10%, the capacitor must be replaced.
