The KPM27J-6F DC6V air pump and TDS-V05B DC4.8V solenoid valve together form the core pneumatic actuation assembly for the NIBP (non‑invasive blood pressure) module inside the Philips Goldway UT7000C patient monitor. They work as a matched pair to handle the entire blood pressure measurement cycle , inflating the cuff, holding pressure at each step, releasing it gradually for oscillometric sampling, and finally venting the cuff completely.

The pump is the power source , it generates the airflow that inflates the cuff. The solenoid valve is the pressure regulator , it opens and closes in response to control signals from the mainboard to manage how pressure is released during measurement. Together, they directly determine measurement accuracy, response speed, and clinical safety.
