► Product Overview

• The M3014A supports both Mainstream and Sidestream CO₂ measurement methods, both employing infrared absorption spectroscopy. It calculates CO₂ concentration in real time and generates a carbon dioxide waveform by analyzing the degree to which infrared light is absorbed by CO₂ molecules as it passes through the gas.

• It provides key parameters such as etCO₂ (end-expiratory), amCO₂ (airway), and FiCO₂ (inhalation). The Mainstream sensor is directly placed on the patient's airway adapter, offering faster response and reducing the likelihood of artifactive data. The Sidestream sensor draws gas samples at a rate of 50 ± 10 ml/min for measurement, making it more suitable for non-intubated patients or specific clinical scenarios.

• Both methods fully integrate electrical isolation to ensure patient safety. This module can also be expanded to monitor hemodynamic parameters such as IBP, body temperature, and minimally invasive or CCO.
