► Product Overview

This ECG board is the original core ECG signal processing component of the Philips IntelliVue X3 monitor, model numbers 453564521601 and 453564521611. It is built using a green, high-density printed circuit board (PCB), integrating a high-precision signal amplification chip, filtering circuitry, and a foolproof interface module, with a compact layout and robust protection. As the core of the ECG monitoring function, it is responsible for receiving, processing, and transmitting the patient's ECG signals. It is a key component ensuring clear ECG waveforms and accurate heart rate calculations. It can directly replace faulty old boards, quickly restoring the device's ECG monitoring function, and is suitable for high-frequency ECG monitoring scenarios such as clinical bedside and emergency departments.

► Choosing an ECG Lead

  • These leads are available: multi-lead ECG monitoring modes (such as I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, etc.), which can flexibly switch lead configurations according to clinical needs to meet the monitoring needs of different departments.

  • It is important to select a suitable lead for arrhythmia monitoring.

    Guidelines for non-paced patients are:

  • QRS complex should be tall and narrow (recommended amplitude > 0.5 mV)

  • R-Wave should be above or below the baseline (but not bi-phasic)

  • T-wave should be smaller than 1/3 R-wave height

  •  the P-wave should be smaller than 1/5 R-wave height.

For paced patients, in addition to the above, the pace pulse should be:

  •  not wider than the normal QRS

  •  the QRS complexes should be at least twice the height of pace pulses

  • large enough to be detected, with no repolarization
