► Brief Description

This motherboard is the core control hub of the Philips IntelliVue X3 monitor, essentially the "brain" of the device. Built with a green, high-density printed circuit board (PCB), it integrates a high-performance main control chip, storage modules, power management circuitry, and various communication interfaces. It serves as the central hub connecting all functional modules (parameter panel, MSL board, power board, display module, etc.), coordinating the entire process of the device's operation. It can directly replace faulty old boards without additional complex debugging, quickly restoring the monitor's full parameter monitoring, data processing, and interactive functions. It is a key component ensuring continuous and stable clinical monitoring.

► Usage Precautions

  • Power Off First: Before disassembling or assembling the motherboard, the monitor's power must be turned off, and the power cord and built-in battery disconnected. Do not operate while the power is on to prevent short circuits that could damage the motherboard or other precision components, and to avoid the risk of electric shock.

  • Regular Inspection and Troubleshooting: Inspect the motherboard's appearance every 6-12 months. If the device fails to power on, exhibits abnormal multi-parameter monitoring, or communication failures, prioritize checking the

    motherboard's  condition.

  • Storage Environment Requirements: Spare motherboards must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment free of corrosive gases. Avoid high temperatures (>40℃), high humidity (>80% RH), or heavy pressure to prevent component

aging due to moisture or PCB damage.
