The larger paddle (marked "STERNUM") features a smooth, conductive metal surface, while the smaller paddle (marked "APEX") is ergonomically designed for a firm grip. User Guide

Preparation: Before use, ensure the patient's chest is dry. Apply conductive gel or use saline-soaked pads to ensure good contact between the paddles and the skin.

Placement:

Place the STERNUM paddle (larger) to the right of the sternum, below the clavicle.

Place the APEX paddle (smaller) to the left of the nipple, in the mid-axillary line.

Operation: Squeeze both handles to charge the device. Press the orange buttons simultaneously to deliver the shock.

Cleaning: Clean the paddles with a soft cloth and mild disinfectant. Do not immerse in water or use abrasive materials.
